At Good Night Mattress we are committed to providing top-notch customer service in all that we do. Please contact either store with any questions you may have or help that is needed, including warranty-related info, delivery questions, etc.
Delivery Services
With a minimum purchase of $499, we will deliver your mattress set for FREE using our professional delivery team. We will do the delivery within a 2 hour window, that way you do not have to sacrifice your entire day to accept the delivery.
Exchange Policy
Good Night Mattress offers a one-time only exchange of your mattress within 30 days of your purchase at a cost of $100, which includes the delivery of your second delivery. We ask that you keep your mattress a minimum of a week to allow your body to adjust to the new mattress. Exchanges are for another mattress of approximate equal or greater value, and are valid as long as the mattress is clean and undamaged. Some manufacturers, like Tempurpedic and Serta, have unique exchange periods that are beyond our 30 day policy.
There are two exceptions to the Exchange policy.
- All adjustable base purchases (base only) are final.
- There are no exchanges on organic mattresses.
